Thank you for choosing mini Maltipoo Puppies as your new furry family member. To ensure the well-being and happiness of your puppy, we provide a comprehensive one-year health guarantee covering various aspects of their health. Please review the terms and conditions outlined below:
Coverage: Our one-year health guarantee encompasses the following conditions:
Heart Defects (Scale 4 or Above):
- Any diagnosed heart defects with a severity scale of 4 or above within the first year will be covered.
Organ Dysfunction:
- Organ dysfunction diagnosed within the first year is included in our health guarantee.
Genetic Defect:
- Genetic defects affecting the well-being of your puppy will be covered.
Life-Threatening Defect:
- Untreatable life-threatening defects leading to the demise of your puppy fall under our health guarantee.
Canine Distemper:
- Diagnosed cases of canine distemper within the first 15 days of receiving your puppy are eligible for coverage.
Canine Coronavirus:
- Canine coronavirus symptoms reported by your vet in the initial 15 days of receiving your puppy are covered.
Claim Process: In the unfortunate event that your puppy develops any untreatable life-threatening defect or faces a premature demise due to heart, organ, or genetic defect, please follow the claim process:
- Send initial vet exams stating the cause of death.
- Provide a picture of the deceased puppy.
- When making a claim, send us a copy of all initial vet exams.
- Grant permission for us to speak with your vet.
Exclusions: We do not cover the following:
- Treatable disorders or common conditions like luxating patella, alopecia x, hernias, open fontanel, parasites, and blood sugar.
- Vet bills associated with the treatment of your puppy.
Preventive Measures:
- Properly feed your puppy to prevent hypoglycemia/low blood sugar.
Parasite Treatment:
- We treat all puppies for parasites, but these are not covered under the health guarantee, as they are common and easily treatable.
Replacement Policy:
- We reserve the right to replace your puppy under reasonable circumstances.
Vet Bills and Insurance:
- We are not responsible for any vet bills incurred.
- It is mandatory to obtain pet insurance. We recommend Nationwide Pet Insurance, which offers a wellness plan.
